This is the most incompetent group of staff I've ever seen. My son broke his arm 7/13 after business hours. We needed a referral to see an orthopedic surgeon, so we saw the RN or LPN 7/14. She said that the office would fax over the referral. 2.5 weeks later, we still hadn't received a phone call. I called the office and was given a number to call to find out what happened with the referral. The orthopedic surgeon's office had 2 doctors and 3 office staff hunting for it before they finally said they had never received it. I called Chadha's office to let them know, only to be told that they couldn't find my son's chart, then told they had faxed the referral over on 7/23. That was a Sunday? Even so, that was still almost 2 weeks AFTER HE BROKE HIS ARM. So, they resent the referral, and four days later I discover just how incompetent Chadha's staff really is, at least whoever is in charge of referrals. The orthopedic surgeon's office hasn't accepted our insurance FOR A YEAR. That's right. This office sent a referral to a doctor (who I had no control over) who doesn't even accept our insurance. They lied about sending the referral, they lost my son's chart, and then they sent it to a doctor who couldn't help us anyway. It's now over 3 weeks since my son broke his arm. Instead of setting a bone, we're looking at surgery to rebreak it and set it. All thanks to the completely unprofessional office staff.

I am not believing the reviews here. I had a great experience at Chadha. Everyone was very nice to me. I was treated like a person and not a number.
I gave him 1 star because i had to. He is rude and i don't tolerate rude behavior! He gets in your business and trys to tell you what to do when it has nothing to do with why you are there to see him. I called him on his rudeness and was kicked out of his office. I went to get blood pressure meds and he never gave them to me. I went to Dr. Jacobs in town and my blood pressure was 187 over 123. Please do not go to this goody guy. Find a real dr.
Please do not go to this doctor. He is now in Moss Bluff too. Please beware. He does not answer questions, does not listen and is very pushy and rude. His staff is also always very rude. Please do not waste your time on this clinc. The time and money is not worth it at all. If I could I wouldn't even give this doctor a star.
