Great food, courteous staff.
Not impressed. Could use a good cleaning and sprucing up!
This local place has delicious fried chicken, catfish, stuffed baked potatoes, and texmex. The mixed quessidillas are fantastic. Sometimes service is a bit slow and it's pricey, but worth it. The chicken has just the right spice to it.
We bragged about how good the food was after my husband and I ate there. So our kids came for a visit and we went to eat Sunday afternoon. My daughter and son in law order the crawfish potatoe and my son and daughter in law ordered fish and shrimp. The crawfish potato was horrible. The only thing they could eat was their Onions rings which were deliciou. Since then I have come to find that it's a hit and miss sometimes the food is GREAT and sometimes it's NOT. SERVICE IS ALWAYS GOOD.
My husband and our two children are in town for his work and wanted to get some chicken to take for dinner. The menu posted online was not updated and the prices were substantially higher when we got there to pay. Getting home with the food we were shocked to see the "large" sides were so small especially for the unexpected jacked up price! The chicken was a tad bit over done and difficult for my oldest son to eat as he repeatedly stated to was to crunchy. Wish we had a better review but first impressions speak the loudest. Even one of the employees stated that she gets her chicken from Popeyes, maybe we should all take that advice. But definitely will not be eating there again for the rest of our stay.
